First, soak the purchased shrimps in water several times, then brush them clean with a brush.

Remove the shells from the shrimp heads. 2. Cut the shell at the end from the middle to facilitate the flavoring. 3. The tail has three pieces. Pull out the middle tail and there will be a black dirty thing attached to it. (As shown in the picture)

First marinate the shrimp with salt beer.

Pour in 6-7% hot oil and fry.

Fry until red and set aside.

Add garlic, ginger and chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and continue to stir-fry.

Add soup to taste and simmer over medium heat for more than ten minutes to absorb the flavor.

Add fish and vanilla to thicken the soup (perilla can be added)

Sprinkle some coriander and serve.
