  1. First, soak the purchased shrimps in water several times, then brush them clean with a brush.

  2. Remove the shells from the shrimp heads. 2. Cut the shell at the end from the middle to facilitate the flavoring. 3. The tail has three pieces. Pull out the middle tail and there will be a black dirty thing attached to it. (As shown in the picture)

  3. First marinate the shrimp with salt beer.
