Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces and steam with rock sugar, then add glutinous rice flour and knead into a dough (same steps for pumpkin)

You can also put the steamed purple potatoes in the freezer for half an hour. When they are slightly hard, take them out, roll them into small balls, wrap them in pumpkin dough and steam them together.
