Prepare materials

Wash the beans and blanch them in a pot of boiling water, then drain them into cold water. Chop.

Add onions and ginger to the pork filling and chop a few times.

Wash and chop black fungus and mix with pork filling and beans.

Add pepper, salt, sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well. Add water three times in between and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of water to the dumpling powder and slowly stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks.

Keep kneading with your hands to form a smooth dough.

Knead into long strips and divide into even portions.

Roll out the dough into a uniform shape, put the filling on top, fold it in half to expose both ends.

Brush a layer of oil in a non-stick pan, add the pot stickers and fry for about a minute to set.

Pour cold water along the edge of the pot to cover about two-thirds of the pot stickers, cover the pot and let it simmer for about 3 minutes before the water dries up.

You can serve it with Cupid's American Sweet and Spicy Sauce or as a dip.
