200g beef tenderloin sliced.

Add 1 tablespoon low-salt soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon water, 1g black pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil and marinate for about 15 minutes, then add 5g starch and mix well.

Prepare 2 slices of ginger, shred, 2 cloves of garlic, cut into rings, 2 chili millets, appropriate amount of dried chili, 1 tablespoon of homemade chopped pepper, 1 chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon of low-salt soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Donggu Yipin fresh soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to prepare the sauce.
