  1. Two pieces of old tofu.

  2. Cut into small cubes about three centimeters square, soak in light salt water for half an hour, remove and drain.

  5. Slice the pork belly, cut the green pepper into rings, pat the green garlic first and then push it forward diagonally to cut.

  7. Slowly fry the dried red peppers over low heat until they become fragrant, then add the meat slices and stir-fry the oil until they are dry.

  9. Add the tofu and stir-fry for half a minute. Add appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce and salt to add color and flavor.

  10. Add water until it is even with the tofu, then pour in the fried chili peppers, cover and simmer.

  11. When the water is half dry, add a little oyster sauce to freshen it up, add green pepper rings and sour white parts, and stir-fry.
