Fried radish with fresh shrimps
Overview
In autumn, the radishes are fresh and tender, and the shrimps are also plump. Boil and stir-fry, add some chili flakes, and it is a delicious home-cooked dish that goes well with rice. Remove the whiskers from the shrimp and fry the heads. Open the back and remove the shrimp lines.

Thinly slice the radish.
