Carrot Meatballs
Overview
We don’t usually make many fried meatballs here, but every family only makes them during the Chinese New Year. They are so round and round that when you fry them in a big pot, you will immediately feel like celebrating the Chinese New Year!

Wash the pork and carrots and cut into pieces

Stir the pork and carrots into mince

Add some diced mushrooms and tofu and mix well

Then add minced carrots, minced onions and ginger, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices to taste

Finally, break in an egg and sprinkle a little starch inside

Stir vigorously in one direction until completely mixed
