We don’t usually make many fried meatballs here, but every family only makes them during the Chinese New Year. They are so round and round that when you fry them in a big pot, you will immediately feel like celebrating the Chinese New Year!

  1. Wash the pork and carrots and cut into pieces

  4. Then add minced carrots, minced onions and ginger, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices to taste

  7. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 70% hot, squeeze the meat filling into a round shape with your hands, and then put it into the pot with a spoon
