Wash chicken wing tips and soak in cold water for 1 hour

Add cold water to the pot and add the tip of the wing. After the water boils, take it out for 2 or 3 minutes

Heat up another pan, heat oil and add sugar (preferably rock sugar) and stir-fry the sugar color. You can stir-fry over low heat and then over high heat until brown

After frying the sugar color, add water (it’s better if you have stock) and add the wing tips and remaining accessories. You can also add a small spoonful of sugar

Because I like to eat something a bit rotten, I cooked it for a while and it tasted better
