Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces.

Blanch the pork belly in the pot, then remove and drain the water.

Heat the oil in a pan, put brown sugar into the pan and fry until brown.

Stir-fry the pork belly.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add onions, ginger, and aniseed to the pan and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water and cover the pot with a lid. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally.

Boil the eggs, remove the shells, and prick the eggs with a fork for easier flavoring.

Cook the pork belly for 5 minutes, add the eggs into the pan and stir-fry evenly.

Cook the ingredients for 9 minutes, add salt and stir-fry evenly until the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat.
