Prepare an appropriate amount of millet and soak it in cold water for 4 hours.

Remove heads, devein and peel fresh shrimps, then chop into shrimp paste with a knife.

Crush the tofu with the back of a knife.

Add salt, green onion and ginger water, cooking wine, and pepper to the shrimp paste and stir.

Add the crumbled tofu.

Mix well.

Form the mixed stuffing into balls, place them on the soaked millet, and shake the container. Let the millet be evenly coated.

Make all the millet balls in sequence.

Put it in a steamer and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
