Braised lamb trotters with white radish
Overview
It's rare to see sheep's hooves for sale in the supermarket. I bought a few and paired them with white radish and sprinkled with a handful of green garlic. It was really fragrant. Sheep's trotters are rich in collagen protein, have lower fat content than fat, and do not contain cholesterol. They can enhance the physiological metabolism of human cells, make the skin more elastic and tough, and delay the aging of the skin.
