Overview
I bought a new steamer casserole and made Sixi Steamed Dumplings to consecrate it. It has an auspicious name and is nutritious, including meat, eggs, mushrooms and vegetables.

Prepare ingredients for dumpling fillings.

Fry and chop the eggs, cut the garlic into small pieces, chop the mushrooms, and chop the carrots. Add oil and salt and mix well. Add steamed fish soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, green onion, minced ginger and vegetable oil to the pork stuffing and mix well. Knead the noodles with cold water and set aside.

Divide the dough into small pieces and press them thinly, making them slightly larger than usual dumpling wrappers.

Take an appropriate amount of filling and place it in the middle of the dumpling wrapper.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

When the water in the casserole boils, put the steamer in and steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
