Sweet and sour pork ribs
Overview
Some time ago, I ate at a vegetarian restaurant with my friends. One of the vegetarian ribs was very realistic in appearance. After tasting it, it tasted pretty good. It was sour, sweet and quite appetizing. So I tried to make one at home. I didn’t want it to be too greasy, so I didn’t re-fry it for a second time. I cooked the sauce and mixed it with the ingredients directly. The taste is pretty good, but the appearance is much different. Fortunately, the method is simple and you can do it occasionally to coax your children O(∩_∩)O~

Boil some water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, pour in the lotus root strips and blanch them.

Just scoop it up, put it into a pot, and sprinkle some chopped green onion~
