Overview
Steamed dumplings are made by scalding noodles. The skins of steamed dumplings made by scalding noodles are soft and will not dry out even if they cool down. The filling is Chinese cabbage, a popular winter dish in the north. It is paired with mushrooms, eggs, and dried shrimps. It is light, delicious and healthy. You can give it a try if you like~~

First, knead the dough. Use chopsticks to divide the flour in the middle. Pour boiling water into one side and spread it with chopsticks.

Then add cold water and knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 30 minutes and set aside

Filling ingredients: Chinese cabbage, fruits, eggs, dried shrimps, soaked mushrooms.

Fry the eggs until cooked and break into pieces. Let cool and set aside.
