Hot pot tofu
Overview
Hot pot tofu is a soup with local characteristics. There is a large pot on the stove set up on the breakfast stall, which is steaming hot. The soup base is mostly stock and some onion and ginger seasonings, with deep-fried tofu cubes rolled inside. If customers order, the stall owner will serve it at any time. If you like spicy food, add some chili oil and you will definitely want to have another bowl. Today I used thick soup instead of stock. The taste is also unique, rich and delicious. Let’s take a look
