Grilled fish with double pepper
Overview
I originally planned to buy a larger silver carp to steam and mince the pepper fish head, but when I arrived at the market, I discovered that there were no large silver carp today, so I had to buy a smaller one. The fish head was too small and had to be cooked as grilled fish. Generally, when grilling fish, the fish is fried until brown, but I think the fried fish contains too much oil, so I marinated it briefly and grilled the whole fish together.
