Braised noodles – a must-have cold dish on the New Year’s Eve dinner table

Overview

Every New Year and festival, there are always a few cold dishes on the table that you can never get tired of eating. Braised noodles are one of them~ The texture is tender but not greasy, soft and delicious, and you can never get tired of eating it! This is also one of my husband's favorite dishes. Normally, the market doesn’t sell anything, so take advantage of the Chinese New Year approaching, go to the market to prepare some, and cook it when you come back! It was ready. Let him taste it first. After taking a bite, the expression on his face became variously distorted. It made me feel anxious, thinking that I had done something wrong. After a few seconds, my heart went cold, and I said, "It's delicious!" It turns out he was just teasing me. Watching your loved ones eat something you made is definitely a blessing!
