Flower basket and bread
Overview
I really like the orange-red color of carrots, and the color is particularly beautiful when added to the ingredients. This time the bread is made from carrot juice, which not only has a beautiful color, but the sweetness of the carrot itself greatly enhances the taste of the bread. To make colorful bread, it is best to have an oven with a hot air function so that the temperature will be more even. I use an ACA oven, and there is no situation where one or one side is heavier than last time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel three carrots, cut them into pieces, and squeeze them into juice.
-
Pour all the bread ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough.
-
Two dough mixing procedures.
-
Drop it a few more times to knead the dough into a state where the film can be pulled out.
-
Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm place for the first fermentation.
-
Let the dough rise for the first time until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the dough and deflate it. Roll a portion of the dough into a rectangular shape. Because the temperature is relatively high, put the remaining dough in the refrigerator.
-
Take a bowl that fits in the oven and cover it with a layer of tin foil. Place the bowl upside down, fold the noodles into thin strips and place them over the bowl. The next noodle should be placed on the previous noodle. Spread a round dough piece on the free space in the middle.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for about 18 minutes.
-
Next, make the bread rolls: Peel the boiled purple potatoes and mash them into puree, add an appropriate amount of coconut and mix well. My purple sweet potato is very sweet, no sugar added.
-
Roll into thin sheets in a Ziploc bag.
-
Take half of the remaining dough and roll it into a rectangular shape, the same size as the purple potato chips.
-
Spread the purple potato slices on the dough sheet.
-
Roll up along the long side.
-
Cut into small pieces and put into toast mold for second fermentation.
-
The remaining half of the dough is processed in the same manner as above, except that the purple potato chips are replaced with melted sand and black sesame filling. The black sesame filling is very soft and can be frozen in the refrigerator for a while after being rolled into pieces.
-
Cut into sections and place on a non-stick baking pan for the second fermentation.
-
In the middle rack of the oven, heat air at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. After coloring, it needs to be covered with tin foil.
-
The colors are beautiful and there are flower baskets that can be eaten or used.
-
Bright yellow can increase appetite.

If you also like this natural and beautiful color, you might as well try carrot juice.
