Braised beef noodles
Overview
My daughter has been fond of sports since she was a child and started playing basketball when she was eight years old. Because the sarcosine content in beef is higher than that of other foods, it is particularly effective in growing muscles and strengthening strength. The coach always asks us to give her more. After ten years of hard work, she now has the title of Level 2 Athlete, and my level of cooking beef has also been greatly improved!
