Wash and mince the pork stuffing

Pork stuffing, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, minced ginger, chopped green onion and a piece of thick soup and mix well.

Clean the green beans and chop into fillings

Knead the noodles in advance, using one pound of noodles and half a pound of water. I use about 270 grams of water to knead the noodles, then put them in a fresh-keeping bag and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Boil water in a pot (add a spoonful of refined salt to the water). After the water boils, add the dumplings and cook. Boil the pot three times until cooked.
