Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients. Because the materials at home are limited, I can only make a simple version. If there are no clams, I can only use shrimp skin. Because I like the taste of doenjang, I also added soybean paste, which is a bit spicy like cabbage doenjang soup.
-
Add minced garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, sesame oil, sugar and chili powder into the pork belly slices, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Pour a little sesame oil into the pot, then add the marinated pork belly slices and fry over low heat until it changes color.
-
Then add kimchi and stir-fry for 2 minutes
-
Pour rice washing water into the pot, turn to high heat, then add miso, chili sauce, dried shrimps
-
, after cooking for 2 minutes, add the tofu and bring to a boil. Remove from the pot over medium-low heat and add appropriate amount of salt and MSG.
