Stir-fried vermicelli with white radish

Wash, peel and shred the white radish.

Soak vermicelli till soft and set aside.

Finely chop the chilli, ginger and garlic.

Chop cilantro and green onions.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, add chili, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add white radish and a little water, stir-fry until soft, continue to add vermicelli, season with salt and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the vermicelli is flavorful and soft.

Remove from pan and plate.
