Bread without oven - hot dog fried buns & donuts
Overview
This time I made hot dog fried buns and donuts at the same time. They used the same dough but changed the shape. I also considered that next time I don’t have to change the frying pan again. Frugality is a virtue haha

Knead all the ingredients with the post-oiling method until they are complete

The dough is fermented until it is 2-2.5 times larger

Deflate the risen dough and roll it into a 1CM thick piece. Let it rise for 15 minutes and use a mold to press out a donut pattern (I don't have a donut press, so I used two large and small rings to press it)

After pressing four donuts, divide the remaining dough into two parts, roll it into a long strip, let it rest for 10 minutes, and wrap it around the sausage

Let it rise in a warm and moist place until it doubles in size

Put oil in the pot and wait until the oil is hot (little bubbles will pop up when you put the chopsticks in). Add the risen dough over low heat, turn over and fry until the surface is golden brown. Remove and wait until the donuts are completely cooled and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of powdered sugar
