Black Fungus, Carrot and Pork Dumplings
Overview

There are many specialties about eating dumplings in Tianjin. Dumplings are eaten on New Year’s Eve and dumplings are also eaten on Lantern Festival. Because my family loves to eat dumplings, they will make dumplings whenever there is a plan to make dumplings. Because I love to eat, I work hard on how to make delicious dumplings. There are countless filling combinations such as meat fillings, vegetarian fillings, three delicacies fillings, etc. The fillings of the dumplings I made are black fungus, carrots, and pork, which are all very good ingredients. Black fungus can replenish calcium, replenish blood and detoxify. Pork can enhance human immunity. Carrots contain plant fiber, which can strengthen intestinal peristalsis, strengthen the spleen and stomach, benefit the liver and improve eyesight, lower blood sugar, lower fat, and lower blood pressure. The filling made by combining the three ingredients tastes quite good. It is a delicious and healthy dumpling.

Wash the carrots and grate them.

Add oil, salt, soy sauce, MSG, onion and ginger to the pork filling and stir in one direction.
