Prepare soaked fungus, pork belly, celery, minced garlic and pickled pepper.

One spring bamboo shoot.

Cut spring bamboo shoots into slices.

Boil a pot of water, add bamboo shoot slices, blanch them in water for two minutes, remove and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the pork belly until fragrant.
