Homemade tofu
Overview
This plate of tofu is so delicious, I can confirm that this is the best tofu I have ever eaten. When I looked at the little bit of minced meat in the bowl, I thought, would it be too little to stir-fry with so much tofu? But after frying it, I realized why there was so much minced meat. It turned out that the homemade tofu I usually eat outside contained less minced meat than I thought. Recently, I have been stocking up on a lot of dishes I want to make, but I don’t have the time, so I’m starting to prefer quick dishes. But today's tofu seems simple, but it is not fast. It took about an hour to make, and frying the tofu takes some time.
