Prepare ingredients: clams (raise them in clean water for more than half an hour in advance, and wait until the sand is spit out)

Prepare ingredients: green pepper, red pepper, millet pepper, garlic, coriander, green onion, ginger.

Heat the pan, pour in cooking oil. After the oil is slightly hot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Pour in the main cauliflower clams and stir-fry continuously. Then pour in cooking wine (beer can be used instead), stir-fry, then add an appropriate amount of salt, oil, soy sauce and chopped chili and ginger. Stir-fry for a while. Finally, add a little MSG, an appropriate amount of coriander, and a few drops of sesame oil. Put on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
