Braised Pork Belly and Lotus Root
Overview
Carnivorous people like meat when they see it. The pork belly is alternately fat and thin, and I like it even more when I look at the high-quality pork belly. Braised pork belly is delicious just thinking about it. In order to balance the nutrition, some lotus roots are added when the pork belly is cooked until it is almost cooked. The combination of meat and vegetables makes the dish more balanced in nutrition and tastes great.
