Spicy edamame
Overview
I’ve bought edamame from Zhou Hei Ya before! Very delicious! Endless aftertaste! This time I made it at home, just added a few spices and bean paste and it was very delicious! Serve with food! Appetizers and snacks are great!

Like this
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and sauté the shallots, scallions, ginger and garlic
-
Add 1 tablespoon bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out
-
star anise, 1 piece of cinnamon, 4 bay leaves, a dozen fennel,
-
Add green beans and stir-fry
-
Add the spices, an appropriate amount of water and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. The water should cover the edamame,
-
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 20 minutes without covering the lid
-
Scoop the cooked beans with soup and residue into a basin and soak them to taste. I cook them in the morning and soak them until noon! Just the right amount of flavor!

When eating, pick out the edamame and put it on the plate!
