Prepare mushrooms, carrots and meatballs

Wash the green garlic, chop the leaves and white garlic into small pieces and separate them to prepare the Maggi umami sauce

Heat the oil in a hot pan until it is 7 minutes hot. Add the white garlic and sauté until fragrant

Then add carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in a little cooking wine and stir-fry evenly

Add a little boiling water and cook over high heat while reducing the juice
