Pork and white radish stuffed dumplings

Wash and chop green onions.

Wash and chop coriander.

Wash, peel, and shred the white radish, boil in boiling water for 10 minutes, remove, chop into pieces, and squeeze out excess radish juice, as shown in the picture.

Put the white radish filling, pork filling, green onion and coriander in the basin, then add the dark soy sauce, salt and dumpling powder and mix well, as shown in the picture.

Add a little water and salt to the flour, stir it into a flocculent form, let it rest for 20 minutes, and then knead it into a smooth dough.

Roll into long, even strips.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water boils, add the dumplings directly. After boiling, add cold water. After boiling again, add cold water. Add cold water three times in total. The dumplings will be cooked, as shown in the picture.
