Celery and Cashews
Overview
Eating less than ten nuts a day can nourish the brain, nourish the blood, nourish the kidneys, and strengthen the spleen. Especially those who have been vegetarians for a long time should insist on eating a small amount of nuts every day. Supplement the energy and unsaturated fatty acids needed for the day, but remember not to overdose. In addition, nuts are easy to spoil, so when buying them, just buy a 250g pack, seal them and store them in the refrigerator. Celery contains a variety of vitamins, which can promote appetite, lower blood pressure, strengthen the brain, cleanse the intestines, detoxify and reduce swelling, and promote blood circulation. Celery has an obvious antihypertensive effect, and its duration is prolonged as food intake increases. I had a similar dish in a restaurant, but it was fried with celery and cashews. The celery tasted crisp and refreshing, and the cashews were crispy. I didn’t buy celery, so I used ordinary celery instead, and it tasted very good.
