Fatty Beef Rice – New Year’s Lunch Box
Overview
After the New Year, there is always some inventory in the refrigerator at home that may not be wiped out, such as half a catty of fat beef slices left over from hot pot shabu-shabu. At noon on weekends, you might as well have a simple lunch box - fat beef rice.

Frozen beef fillets are thawed in advance

Shred onions

Cut the celery into small dices and a little minced ginger (I didn’t take this picture)

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry a little more green vegetables than usual. After it is hot, stir-fry the minced ginger, then add the beef, pour the cooking wine and stir-fry quickly;

After the meat changes color, add the onions and all the seasonings

Stir-fry for two to three minutes and sprinkle in chopped celery before serving. You can also replace it with chives or something.

The rice is cooked in the rice cooker while cooking. The taste is not inferior to that of Japanese restaurants.
