Fresh meat and cabbage pie

Thank you to my good colleague. This is the cabbage she grew at home. She gave me a lot of it. I mixed it with meat filling and made it into a pie for her to try.

Prepare flour and water, slowly pour water into the flour, and stir gently with chopsticks

Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency.

Knead the dough with your hands to make a three-gloss dough, cover it and let it rest for a while.

This is the time to process the filling. First add a small amount of water to the meat filling and beat vigorously.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut it into small pieces, and mince it in a vegetable chopper.

Add a little salt to the Chinese cabbage to squeeze out excess water.

Squeeze off excess water with your hands.

Mix the cabbage and meat filling, and add the chopped green onion.

Pour in hot oil, add all the above ingredients, and stir evenly.

Take out the dough and divide it into evenly sized pieces.

Roll into a round shape and flatten, then roll into a skin.

Put the filling in the middle of the skin.

Turn it in a circle and pinch it.

Tie the mouth into a bun shape.

Brush a layer of oil into the pan and heat it up.

Place the prepared buns, seam side down, into the pot and press them flat.

Turn on high heat first and then low heat. Once one side is cooked, flip over to the other side. After flipping over, pour some oil along the edge of the pan and continue to fry.

Once both sides are cooked, take it out and serve.
