Thank you to my good colleague. This is the cabbage she grew at home. She gave me a lot of it. I mixed it with meat filling and made it into a pie for her to try.

  17. Turn on high heat first and then low heat. Once one side is cooked, flip over to the other side. After flipping over, pour some oil along the edge of the pan and continue to fry.
