Use an ACA multifunctional blender to blend pork, garlic and ginger into minced meat.

Dice mushrooms.

Prepare all seasonings.

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the pork until white.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, soybean paste, oyster sauce, star anise leaves, and an appropriate amount of cold water to just cover the meat. Stir evenly and simmer over low heat.

Cook until thickened. Remove from pot.
