Tofu meatball soup
Overview
I remember the first time I drank this soup was at the home of my high school class teacher. At that time, I was very curious about how tofu can be made into tofu balls with minced meat. The meatballs break into pieces as soon as you take a sip. Seasonal vegetables are added to the soup to cook together, which makes it more nutritious and more delicious. Unexpectedly, I fell in love with it the first time I drank it. Then I learned this dish from the teacher and would make it every other day. It tastes really good and is suitable for the elderly and children! When I went home last time, my nephew finished eating and said he would continue to eat the meatballs tomorrow, haha.
