Marinate the steak with two teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of white wine, Sichuan peppercorns, pepper noodles, chopped ginger, and green onions for more than half an hour.

Pour the old brine you used to braise the meat into the pot, a bowl of water, then add a tablespoon of super soy sauce, chili, peppercorns, bay leaves, cinnamon, aniseed, cumin, and a teaspoon of white wine and bring to a boil.

Add the marinated steak, scallions and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

Cook for about an hour or two until the steak meat can be pierced with chopsticks.

Take out and let cool slightly.

Cut into slices and serve on a plate.

Finally sprinkle with peppercorns.
