  1. Add egg yolks to the corn oil and beat evenly with a manual egg beater. Sift together the low-gluten flour, baking powder and baking soda in advance and set aside.

  5. Roll the dough into small pieces into a round shape and flatten it.

  6. Place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and set the middle shelf to 160 degrees for 15 minutes. (It will become crispier after cooling)

  7. I forgot to brush the surface with egg wash. The finished product may not be pretty enough, but the taste will definitely amaze your taste buds. Come and try it.
