Braised Beef with King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
For many days, the meat at home only comes from sheep. In order to enrich it, Mima decided to try beef to see if the baby can eat it. If it can be eaten, it will be better. If not, we will continue to eat mutton. I bought a piece of boiled beef from a beef soup shop and stir-fried it with king oyster mushrooms. Actually, I was originally going to buy raw beef, but they didn’t kill the beef today, so it would be good to stir-fry it with the boiled meat. The test results came out. Nami ate beef for lunch and a piece of mahua in the kindergarten in the afternoon. As a result, she kept coughing when she went to bed at night. Mima had to estimate which of the two foods should not be eaten, or both! Give up eating beef for now!
