Tofu and vegetable meatballs
Overview
I really like making this kind of tofu and vegetable meatballs. On the one hand, adding tofu is good for weight loss, and on the other hand, adding vegetables can increase nutrition and reduce greasiness.

Wash the ingredients except the minced pork and tofu, remove the stems and skin, cut into small pieces, and mince them with a blender and set aside.

Put the old tofu, eggs and minced meat together, break them up (Jiuyin White Bone Claws (^_^)a) and mix well.

Add the chopped vegetables in step 1, mix well with the meat and tofu in step 2, and add all the seasonings except cooking oil.

After the cooking oil is heated, slowly fry the tofu meatballs over medium heat.
