Black pepper and seasonal vegetable chicken balls
Overview
Chicken is sweet and mild, rich in nutrients, but has relatively low fat content and is easy to digest. It is suitable for all ages. Because my mother has a bad gastrointestinal condition and needs to eat nutritious but easy-to-digest food, I often make some for her. The homemade chicken meatballs are paired with a variety of seasonal vegetables and the black pepper sauce is slightly spicy, healthy, nutritious and delicious.
