[Beef Wontons] Home-made beef wontons to satisfy cravings. On Saturday, children eat at home, but they still have to think of ways to make changes. I haven’t had wontons for a long time, so let’s make one. I eat less pork, and slowly I find that I don’t like the taste anymore. Let's make it with beef. Paired with the red oil chili made by myself, it is very enjoyable. Wontons, dumplings, dumplings, wontons, and meat swallows all have different names, and the contents and methods are also slightly different. In fact, there is another name in our local area, called flat food. It doesn’t matter what you call it, just make it the way you like, and eat a bowl of it deliciously. The wrapping method used today is also one of many wrapping methods, and I prefer this method. The steps will be explained in detail later.

Cut the beef first and then chop it into stuffing.

Chop the onion and ginger, take a small part and add water to soak some onion and ginger water.

Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce and cooking wine to the meat filling, and then add green onion and ginger water in batches. Mix well.

Add an egg white and mix well.

Add a spoonful of starch and mix evenly.

Before opening the package, stir in some chopped green onion and ginger.

Take some wonton wrappers, put stuffing on one corner and fold them up.

Roll up diagonally.

Apply a little stuffing to the rolled end, twist the other end once and pinch the other end tightly.

Boil water in a pot, prepare the bottom of the bowl, a little shrimp skin, a little chopped green onion, ginger and coriander, a little light soy sauce, a little pepper, and a little sesame oil.

Add another tablespoon of chili oil.

After the water boils, cook the wontons. The water should be wide. Place the wontons in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Put the wontons into a bowl. If there is stock, add a spoonful. If there is no stock, the original soup is also acceptable. Let's eat.
