Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Wash and drain fungus.

Chop green onions, ginger, and garlic, and cut green and red peppers into cubes.

Flatten the garlic sprouts and cut into diagonal sections.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides.
