Overview

Lean meat porridge is a type of Cantonese porridge. Although the methods of making lean meat porridge are different, the ingredients used are basically the same. Most of the methods on the street are to boil a large pot of porridge first, and then add seasonings when customers order. Some can boil it again, and some even just pour the hot porridge and serve it. The meat is tender and smooth. Normally, Cantonese porridge is served with lettuce at the end, but because my daughter has been a bit angry these past two days, I switched to mustard greens.   1. Prepare required materials.
