Cabbage and Beef Dumplings

Wash the cabbage, cut into fine cubes and set aside.

Finely chop onion and ginger.

Soak the peppercorns in water, let cool and set aside.

Soy sauce and sesame oil are reserved.

Chop the beef into puree and add green onion and ginger.

Add salt, soy sauce, pepper water, sesame oil, and cooked salad oil and stir evenly.

Dumpling flour and noodles.

Make it into a dough.

Sprinkle dry noodles and flatten with hands.

Roll out into dumpling wrappers.

Wrap into dumplings and stack them neatly.

Boil water in a pot, add dumplings, add cold water after boiling, cook three times in a row, open the lid and cook for five minutes, turn off the heat, remove from the pot and put on a plate.
