Frozen chicken feet

Wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails

Prepare spices

Rinse the pot, pour an appropriate amount of water into it, bring it to a boil, add the chicken feet and blanch them for 2 minutes

Remove and wash away the blood foam

Clean the pot, bring it to a boil, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. There was no rock sugar or white sugar at home, so I used brown sugar

Stir-fry over low heat until brown sugar bubbles

Pour appropriate amount of water into the chicken feet

Add spices

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, onion, ginger and chili pepper, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Turn off the heat and soak in the flavor

Take out the food, drain it and put it on a plate
