You can make your own beef sauce without any additives. The taste of your own beef sauce is no less than my grandma’s. The secret to the deliciousness lies in the tomato sauce.

Chop Pixian Douban into pieces with a knife;

Add oil to the wok, add beef filling and stir-fry;

Stir fry until it changes color slightly, then add a little Shaoxing wine;

Continue to stir-fry until all colors change;

Pour out the fried beef filling;

Put oil in the wok again, a little more oil than usual for cooking, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry;

Stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out, add sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste;

Stir well and add beef filling;

Stir well and add tomato sauce;

Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula to avoid burning the pot;

After ten minutes, add 2 tablespoons of rock sugar as shown in the picture;

Continue to stir-fry until all the rock sugar melts, add white sesame seeds, stir-fry well and then turn off the heat.
