Chop ginger and garlic, mince Pixian bean paste, and cut dry red pepper into pieces.

Dice mushrooms and peppers.

Heat the wok, add vegetable oil, first add the diced fat and stir-fry until the fat is precipitated and the surface is slightly browned.
