Steps
-
Add minced ginger, chopped green onion, refined salt, fresh soy sauce, thirteen spices, and water to the minced pork, and stir in one direction until it becomes sticky.
-
Cut the carrots, mushrooms, and celery into fine pieces, as finely chopped as possible. They will cook easily and have a good taste when cooked.
-
Put a little meat filling on the short side of the mixed ton wrapper, and roll it inward twice
-
Stand up, pinch both sides and draw them inward
-
The two corners are drawn inward and pressed against each other.
-
Wrapped mixed dumplings
-
Boil the water in the pot, add a bowl of cold water after boiling again, and repeat twice. The mixture is floating and the meat filling is swollen. Take it out when it is cooked
-
Remove the mixed dumplings and put them into a bowl. When cooking the mixed dumplings, prepare hot bone soup. Boiling water without bone soup is also acceptable. In a bowl, put a handful of dried shrimps, an appropriate amount of seaweed, minced coriander, drops of sesame oil, salt, fresh soy sauce, an appropriate amount of vinegar, and pour in bone broth. A bowl of umami mixed ton is ready, eat it while it’s hot!
