Braised Pork Belly with Wild Yellow Mushrooms
Overview
It's said to be pork belly, and the pork ribs I bought have more than five layers. The alternate layers of fat and thin are very attractive. Wild yellow mushrooms are soaked and then braised with pork belly. It is extremely delicious and fragrant. Diners are full of praise after tasting it, and they don’t want to put down their chopsticks even if their fat intake exceeds the limit.
